Crash on Check for updates

Hi, if I select Help > Check for updates the program crashes on my PC.

Thank you for the crash report Marco,

Could you please send a mini-crash dump:

• In Everything, from the Help menu, click Check for updates.
  ---wait for Everything to crash---
• Keep the crash dialog open.
• Download Process Explorer from Microsoft:
  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer
• In Process Explorer, select Everything.exe (If there is two, select the one using the most memory)
• Right click Everything.exe and under Create Dump, select Create Mini Dump.
• Choose a filename and click Save.
• Please send this file to support@voidtools.com

voidtools.com is under a bit of load today.

This crash occurs when voidtools is overloaded and returns an error page instead of the update information.
I will work on a fix.

I have found the issue and will post a fix soon.

Everything 1.5 alpha only.

Everything 1.5.0.1307 fixes a crash when checking for updates.

The Everything 1.5 alpha will now check for updates from the alpha update channel.

To enable update notifications:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the General tab on the left.
• Check Check for updates on startup.
• Click OK.

Yes, it is ok but I'm behind a proxy and the program is unable to check the updates
