Dual monitor setup - Open window on a specific one

Hi,

at the moment the Everything window pops up on the monitor that has the active window on.

I personally hate this kind of behavior, sorry^^

Can you please add an option that allows us to predefine the monitor where the window should be opened or alternatively an option that disables this "following the active window behaviour" and treat the values of:
window_x
window_y
window_wide
window_high

as absolute values and _always_ open the window with that settings...

The number is from Windows and its identify ability (see screenshot)

I've downloaded the latest .chm file and searched the "INI" section of it to see if such an option exists before I opened this topic...
