doesn't show in Search results

I assume this isn't on purpose but even when the service is installed and Everything has admin power it doesn't show up in thee search so I assume it's a bug

Please try installing your Everything start menu shortcuts:
  • In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
    Click the General tab on the left.
    Check Start menu shortcuts.
    Click OK.
The "Search Everything" start-menu shortcut should now show up in the Windows 10 Search.
