Trouble with windows 10 new version 1909

Hi all ,

Since my upgrade to 1909 version i get a bug data base not load still stay in status load data base and never load.
Also i get some trouble to uninstall and reinstall proprely look attachement.

The Everything Service is either busy or pending deletion.

Please try the following:

• Uninstall Everything
• Restart your PC.
• Reinstall Everything.

Hi , just for confirm to you ; all working now with your explicaton . Because all time i still try to uninstall and not reboot after. Also i check at this time the service was sutdown before uninstall , so i do all as you explain and that s work again perfectly .
