Re: everything db
"Everything" uses its own database specifically for handling file and folder names.

Re: everything db
Is it possible to compare two "everything" databases? I lost a hard drive recently and would like to compare a current DB with an older version that I saved in dropbox to figure out what files to restore from my backup or what files do i need to get from users.
Thanks for the help!

Open 1, exportOtherwise there is a "non-update" version of Everything .389b (do a search here) that you can give a shot.
Backup both .db's first.
