Is it possible for Everything to copy the path to the clipboard but not the file name? I mean using a shortcut, such as the mouse middle click, rather than the context menu.
There is an entry in Options > Context Menu > Copy Path To Clipboard but I am unable to enter a command for it.
Copy path but not name of found file using an action?
Re: Copy path but not name of found file using an action?
Menu "Tools" - "Options..." - "Keyboard"- File | Copy Path to Clipboard...
Re: Copy path but not name of found file using an action?
And if needed you can also enable Double quote copy as path (under Menu:Tools > Options > Results )

Time and again I find Everything's design has thought out in advance many of my needs. It's a real tribute to the completeness of the application.
Well done to David and also to any other people who have helped with the development.
