I don't know, if such option exists. Even if it exist, its faaar too dangerous.
Lets assume, if i select a file from path F:\Pictures and select your required option of Deleting parent folder of selected file. Entire Pictures folder along with all child folder and files will be deleted. And what if i select a file from root folder? [Clear out entire drive!!!]
