For a hierarchical view I can use the names TreeView and ExplorerView
Is there an official name for the All-Content-of-Folder Non-Hierarchical view like of Everything?
I think it's not something unique just for Folders and Files management, but for any view of things, as you want to view items by categories and subs or all as a list.
Is there an official name for the file view of Everything?

What about Index View?
(Inspired by the Index tab of a .chm file - HelpFile)
