Show search syntax help on HTTP page

It would be nice to have a couple of small links/icons on the HTTP search page:
- show search/regex syntax
- advanced search form (similar to desktop UI)
- about :)

Thanks for the suggestions.

I'll be re-writing the HTTP and ETP server for Everything 1.5.

I've added to my TODO list: add help and advanced search form to http search page.
