Search for single word or phrase

Real newbie question: How to limit results of search to only the word or phrase entered? I searched for "Bob" (without quotes) and got every file that had bob in its spelling.

Enable Match Whole Words from the Search menu, or prefix your search term with ww:
For example, search for bob and match whole words only:
ww:bob

[tcebob]
