Run Count - Improvements

I think we can Significantly improve Run Count feature.
We can add to Options > Run History 2 more CheckBoxes:
1. Highlight the highest Run Count
2. AutoScroll to the highest Run Count

The goals are:
- to see and find fastest what you are looking for, and
- to know where is the Enter in Search Edit going to be landed in Results.

Please pay attention in the images above, to the fact it is sorted by Name.

2. AutoScroll to the highest Run Count

I thought it would be better that AutoScroll put the highest Run Count on the top of the seen list, to make it close to the Search Edit, so that the eyes are focused at the same area.
Maybe someone will want to see also a bit previous files, so the ideal AutoScroll would be similair to this: (located at 5th place)

Custom filters for changing the color of results is on my TODO list.

2. AutoScroll to the highest Run Count

I'll look into this, this would probably need the highlighting to be useful.
