Even "Kill Process" didn't work.

Was this copy to a USB drive?
This usually occurs when copying to a USB drive as the pending USN Journal reads will not happen until the copying completes.
This can often cause the system to hang until the copying completes.

OK, so it's known issue. I was surprised why "Kill Process" didn't work. Thanks.
