PS: I wonder how you get a Copyright © 2018 for version 1.4.1.917 (x86) (according to your picture).
I have downloaded this version for test purposes - Copyright © 2017 appears on my screen?
I downloaded from here for portable use (PC with set language GERMAN):
http://www.voidtools.com/downloads/ --> http://www.voidtools.com/Everything.lng.zip
viewtopic.php?p=23185#p23185 ... Everything-1.4.1.917.x86.zip and Everything-1.4.1.917.x64.zip

In all cases "Copyright © 2017" is displayed (also in the File List Editor).
stevenroussos does NOT have this problem: viewtopic.php?p=23339#p23339

Any ideas?

In the file properties of Everything.exe (x64) from 26.09.2018 14:09 there are among others the following entries:
- Copyright Copyright (C) 2018 David Carpenter
- Sprache Englisch (Vereinigte Staaten) --> Language English (United States)

Copyright (c) 2005-2017 David Carpenter" is listed under button "Licence".
(Help > About Everything... CTRL+F1 > Licence)

I have full write access...

It's in the language file. I extracted it and it says 2017 in the German translation. Same goes for all the other (non-English) languages.
The most recent installer and language file in the download section are all "2017", so no need to download those (yet).

If you switch your Everything to the English language, you will see 2018 instead of 2017.

Ahh, thanks - I see...

Language: English (US) --> Copyright © 2018 <--
Language: English (AU) --> Copyright © 2017
Language: English (UK) --> Copyright © 2017
