What version to use on Windows 98 SE?

what version should I download so I can install Everything on Windows 98 SE? what is the latest version that will work on that OS? I have KernelEx installed so a little later version than the latest supported may work.

Did '98 even support NTFS?
Otherwise you'd have to use File List or something like that.
