Re: is there any intention to make this open source?

If someone needs an open source project, it can start it from scratch.
The source code of Everything is very good written and it will be a waste to give it for free to an unknown bunch of people to spoil it.

I am considering releasing the source code for Everything 1.4.
Please don't.
This is the way to ruin a great program.

Using 863, I am searching for *.DWG files. If I delete some of the files, they are moved to recycle bin (all OK here). But: - they are displayed with random generated names $*****.DWG in the same folder and not in recycle bin. - If I empty recycle bin the deleted files are still displayed. The delet...

Re: INI file editing

Is it possible to make the program to write only the non-default settings to ini file?
Maybe on the first line to have the option full_ini, which can be zero for reduced ini and 1 for full ini (as it is now).

Status bar select volumes for indexing

Please add on the status bar the volume letters (+ check boxes) in order to select which volumes will be indexed (for "check media").
This will speed up the selection because now, you have to go into Tools > Options > Indexes > NTFS to select the volumes.
Thank you very much.
