In this instance, I do not have myself "always logged in" (i.e., at some point login would expire, & I'd have to log back in, but this is different). Oh, OK.
So you either have to have that option set (as it is by default), or you need to specifically tell it to match path.

Are you using Everything Service or running As Administrator? If the latter, try the former. Working here, XP, & pretty sure it's also working in Win7 too. Optional, of courseUpdating all duplicated results is on my TODO list.

There certainly would be times where you'd want to delete some duplicates, but would not necessarily want the (sole) remaining file to "disappear" (even though it is no longer a duplicate) - say, as a frame of reference.

You have a broad search, train. You do not want anything more refined at that point, just train. You're presented with a list of 50,000 hits. red trains, blue trains, the little train that could... You're sorted, alpha or otherwise, perhaps by size... You're at the top of your list, 'a little train ...

Not exactly. There is only so much it can do. There are actual (Windows) limitations too - like a 255 char limit per segment of file/path name. With some things, the future 1.5, will be better with. Like opening files that may not otherwise open (by passing the Short File Name to the application rat...
