Re: Can I use a dark theme for everything?

I use a CMD script for that same purpose: Drag the file to INJECT.cmd Done The script will stop a running Everything, inject the settings and start Everything. Don't forget to change the settings (INI= ; EXE=) in the script to your situation INJECT.cmd @echo off setlocal ::_________________________...

File lists might be the best way to do this. File lists are csv files, you can change the root drive letter to anything you like with notepad . In Notepad, from the File menu, click Open. Select your file list and click OK. From the Edit menu, click Find and replace Replace E: with your custom labe...

Don't know. Here (Win10, Everything 1.4.1.895 (x64) ) it stays in the search history. Yes, it stay in the input field, but after app's reopeing it can't be seen ih the history list. Portable 1.4.1.877 (x64, elevated), Win 10 Corporate x64 (ver 1703, build 15063.447), DEP is on (but not for the app).

I wish all other understandable by Everything FSs to have an option like NTFS does. In your case, this "everything.exe -update" can be easily scheduled to run (no need to close the running Everything). I wait this fix much :) This also mean that I won't lose a scrolling position in a search window any more during those relaunches. Sure, we can use "-focus-last-run-result" or "-sel...

Yes. You can close the debug console while keeping your Everything "alive" by re-entering the /debug command I meant another thing. I meant that closing the console window (by pressing X button) shouldn't close the main search window(s). https://vgy.me/iN6EYZ.png Btw, "/debug" command disappears fr...
