There is "Search Everything 1.5a" after right clicking a folder in the results. (The registry check is the same as you posted).
When I use it, the Everything window is not active anymore (the title bar is gray) and I have to click on it to make it active so I can type the next search.

Right click on a folder in search list > Search Everything 1.5a => the program window become inactive.

1249 has a problem with folder context menu: it's not working when using it on a drive.

After performing Windows Update, in folder C:\Windows\servicing\LCU I have Package_for_RollupFix folders, which I usually delete.
1244 does not display file progress dialog when I delete these Package_for_RollupFix folders (using Shift+Del).

In 1244 (all fast sort = OFF), after force rebuild, the column sorting is moving to Path column instead of the Name column (like it is in 1007).
Only Name remain to Name.

It is only a little bit better => it seems to be a problem of EditPlus.

If I double click on a txt file to open it, sometimes the editor (EditPlus) is opening under Everything window (on top = OFF).
This happens 10-15% of the time.

Yes. First time I tried there, second time I'll searched in ini. I changed in both but no result.
Copy name to clipboard OFF in settings does not work.
If I use show_copy_name=1, Copy name to clipboard is displayed twice.
For navigation menu there is no setting.

It could be easier in this way to turn on/off the list when using folders to index network drives.

tif files are in the correct location.
I loaded txt into Everything an nothing is displayed.
It should display
8.tif
9.tif

When I am searching with 992 Lite for *\*FOLDER*\*file* in 500k files + 100k folders the querying is taking 12-14 s and the CPU utilization is close to 100% for 8 cores CPU + 2 SSD.
