"Everything" does not index file information, only file names.
"Everything" gathers file information for visible items at run time.
Searching for files by modified time or creation time would not be any faster than the default Windows search.
You might be interested in the current alpha.
With the current alpha you can instantly search for recently changed files (up to 24 hours, one week, or one month ago).
