For the love of god, add manual refresh

When I open Everything when I need to find just a single file it almost always starts indexing discs, which takes enormous amount of time because I have giant amount of data, so it takes very long time to update.
I begging you, add a button/option to manual update or allow searching while it still indexing new files. Seriously, this is the most important feature ever, why you don't even consider adding it in the first place?

Run Everything with the -read-only command line option:

Everything.exe -read-only

To manually update:
Make sure Everything is not running
Run Everything without the command line option to update the indexes.

Reindexing when running Everything will improve in the next release..
