Edition Windows 10 Home
Version 20H2
Installed on 10/31/2020
OS build 19042.746
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0
I just updated to Everything Version 1.4.1.1005 (x64), now all the right click context search entries are missing! How do I get them back? I can't find anything in options to turn them back on!

Tools | Options | General -> Context Menu ?
Are you using the Everything Service or are you running "as Administrator"?

I'm using the Everything Service, that's how I was running the previous version.

OK, I figured it out. Turns out the new install defaulted to turning off the context menu entry. I thought I turned it on in the options, but there are two places that talk about the context menu.
