Missing items in context menu

Can anybody confirm this bug?
When selecting the same two files in Explorer, the context menu looks like the one on the left side, so this problem seems to be limited to Everything for me.

Seem to recall that is a known issue?
Did you search here for "context menu" & see what comes up?

None deal with the problem of missing context-menu-items when two or more files without extensions are selected.
