EverythingToolbar - Everything deskband for the taskbar

Hey all, I created a deskband that mimics Windows 10's search bar behaviour and style for seamless Everything integration into Windows 10. It features customizable "open with" commands, automatic opening rules, theming and I plan on adding more features in the future.
