It actually displays what I have set for the home tab but it uses the view mode I used on the previous window and there is no option to choose the view mode in the "home page"

When I want to search for pictures I usually switch to thumbnails and when I'm done I switch to details.
It would be nice we have the options like Remember sort and Remember view in the filters as options or modifiers

You can search using multiple filters...check Help=>Search Syntax

You can also save bookmarks with your search criterias

This option don't exist in the gui,it's ini only option and it doesn't remember just the path but every sort mode you select(which can lead to problems if you have a lot of files)

And as I said,Tools=>Options=>Home=>Sort works with any sort mode I choose and always_keep_sort is set to 0
