Sounds like, Everything.exe - Entry Point Not Found, so try the suggestion in the last post & see if that helps?

If your search is 001 .jpg & you're seeing "001.jpg" & also seeing the ("unwanted") file "001 blablah.jpg", that means that the file, "001 blablah.jpg", is also duplicated - somewhere. So you either have to have that option set (as it is by default), or you need to specifically tell it to match path.

Optional, of courseUpdating all duplicated results is on my TODO list.

There certainly would be times where you'd want to delete some duplicates, but would not necessarily want the (sole) remaining file to "disappear" (even though it is no longer a duplicate) - say, as a frame of reference.
