The simple way, I thought about creating an advanced tab, with a large text-box, that you can simply copy-paste entries from the INI.
Another way is to make it possible by the file
Bookmarks.csv
This can also do the trick.

I think you misunderstood me.

I meant to commands like:
Convert to uppercase
Convert to titlecase

The Dialog-Box "Rename" won't even open.
The user selects one/multiple items, hits the shortkey, and DONE.
